Soulcation.

SoulCation is an in person wellness experience created to offer space, care, and connection for African American and Black American communities. Rooted in the belief that wellness isn’t a luxury but a birthright, SoulCation invites guests to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves and one another outside of the pressures of everyday life.

Set in nature, the day unfolds with intention, beginning with grounding practices like sound baths, meditation, and gentle movement to help regulate the body and quiet the mind. From there, guests move through facilitated conversations and micro panels centered on mental, physical, and sexual health, beauty, self worth, and emotional awareness. These conversations are designed to educate, normalize, and empower, honoring lived experience while providing accessible wellness knowledge.
